renmei Kyokushin Karate International that combine various physical
training methods with martial arts disciplines. The name “Oyama” is a
tribute to Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, the founder of Kyokushin Karate, one
of the most respected and full-contact karate styles in the world. Kyokushin
Karate emphasizes rigorous physical conditioning, strong technique, and
the development of mental fortitude. Oyama Fitness Dojo offer a mix of
traditional martial arts training, and general physical fitness programs.

1.Karate/Kyokushin Karate: Traditional martial arts focusing on strikes,
